Players who don’t own the expansion will continue to protect Washington D.C. in World Tier 5, at Level 30 and an increased 515 Gear Score. They won’t be able to join New York players or Level 40 agents in the Level 40 Washington D.C or New York activities, but will still share public spaces such as Settlements or the Base of Operation.

"Considering the delicate scenario, once sent to New York, you won’t be able to return to Washington D.C. for the duration of the entire operation. However, once you’ve reached Level 40 and finished the main campaign missions, you’ll be free to switch between Washington D.C and New York as you want, enjoying the brand new endgame and seasonal post-launch activities."

Agents,

We made some changes on the backend related to player profiles. We are now observing players being able to login on PC although some users are still experiencing Echo errors. We are still working on a permanent fix as this is our teams top priority right now. Thank you again for your patience

We are having issues finding the underlying issues for this problem and it's a new issue that we haven't encountered in this way before. Unfortunately this means a solution for this is taking much longer than we would like. We want to express how sorry we are about this and it's definitely not the service we want to offer.

Hey All,

Could we get some answers on the following things:

- In which region are you located/ which server are you connecting to?
- Can you enter the Clan Hall or use any of it's unlocked features when the "clan server offline message"?
- Is this something you encounter every play session? (if not, rebooting the game could be a potential workaround to investigate)

I'm Ubi-Toon (Shauna) and I'll be joining the Community Team as a Community Representative for Ghost Recon and The Division 2.

You may already know who I am as I was previously a Development Tester on The Division 2. I wanted to introduce myself as you will see me popping up in conversations.
