It sucks that this was your first Ranked experience. We've been cracking down on cheaters a ton, so hopefully you were able to report this player in-game so we can take the proper actions on our end.

TTK hasn't changed. What was this interaction like for you? Would you mind walking me through it?

It varies from case to case. If your friend is curious, they can send a follow-up email to the team and try to get an update.

Excessive teamkilling results in a ban and subsequent TKs will increase the ban timer. It isn't something that's handled by BE.

I'd say either Mozzie or Abili. Mozzie is a great intel/roaming op! I love his weapons and he's a fun operator to play.

For me, Alibi is just fun to run around and frag out with. I don't use her gadget all that much unless I'm throwing it near a broken window to try and one of the attackers to shoot it.

Does attempting to run Vulkan in Administrator mode help at all?

I can understand the frustration. The team's reasoning behind the reworks is due to them wanting to tweak and improve existing content rather than introduce a ton of new maps, mechanics, etc into the game when there are still things from previous years that they want to improve upon. That's why we're going to one Op per season starting next year and why "Core Gameplay Improvements" is listed as one of the main features in the next few seasons.

Does loading back into the Training Grounds now give you the same issue?

I'm not sure of the drop rate, but it's pretty low. I got super lucky and had back-to-back Black Ice drops (before I worked at Ubi) and since then I haven't gotten any, and if I did, they were duplicates. I can try and ask around and see if there's any official information on the drop rate, but no promises.

Are you referring to matchmaking in general or for a specific game mode? Each game mode has its own MMR system.

Both are great and ops I play pretty much every day. Ace is a great solo or complementary hard breacher who has one of the best ARs in the game. Mozzie is in the 3 roamers/intel ops with two solid SMGs at his disposal. I was bummed that he lost his side shotty, but I don't think it's hindered Mozzie from being a great defender.

We've been documenting various sound issues for the past few months. The dev team has concluded that portions of the sound system will need to be rebuilt in order to align sound with how the team envisioned it. This was mentioned in the Status Report blog post, along with other concerns voiced to us by the community. Rebuilding sound is no small feat and the task will eventually filter into our Y6 plans, however, the team has already begun working on this issue.
