In a game where one bullet can kill, I can totally see where your frustration is coming from if you die to hip fire. The truth is that when not ADS'ing, bullets have an unpredictable spread and can go a number of different ways. We tweaked hipfire accuracy a bit ago, but if you have a video that I could take a look at, I'd appreciate it!

So the drop rates for Rare, Epic, and Legendary Alpha Packs have not been nerfed. Every pack that you get is randomly generated. With that being said, I do see that continually getting commons has been something the community has been a bit frustrated with, and that isn't something we want. I'll bring this topic up to the team during my report and see if we can't get them to look into the drop rates a bit. Thank you all for providing me with feedback regarding how you feel about Alpha Packs, I genuinely appreciate it! :)

MMR rollback occurs when players you've encountered in Ranked matches are identified as cheaters. Your MMR gets readjusted accordingly to cancel out the cheaters' effect on the affected games regardless if it was a win or loss. Hi Gavin!

Hmm I'm not entirely sure. Usually what I suggest for players is them open Uplay directly and launch the game from there. Also, if you're able to setup a shortcut for Siege on your desktop, you can launch it straight from your home screen.

Not confirmed. We haven't announced any price drops for Operators from previous seasons just yet. You'll see the announcement on our site and social media if/when we do.

I usually keep mine in between 60-100. It really is more of something you'd have to figure out for yourself and what you're comfortable with, but hopefully someone will suggest a setting that works for you as well!
