I could give countless comparisons between IQ and other ops... apparently you rate her gadget as good as thermite charges/thermite being a 2 speed.

And also you should make IQ good... she’s an original operator, she helps new players learn the game and ♥♥♥♥... stop nerfing her for PL and just add an alternative (Dokk already exists - just needs to work on echo drones). IQ already doesn’t have nades... just chill.

removing a feature because of a meme having a effect on statistics is ridiculous

It wasn't because of the meme, there were more than a few instances where the player holding the grenade would either mess up the throw back which resulted in the explosive bouncing back towards whoever threw it, or the player would accidentally throw it near a player or a player would walk into the blast radius without knowing and wouldn't have time to get away due to the grenade about to go off. There were a lot of factors that led to its removal.

Update 2: It happens like once every 2 minutes. Happened 3 times in a row in 10 minutes, kicked all 3 times and so lost the game.

There are many reasons why you might be having issue getting into a game. Your rank, internet connection and the time you're trying to queue could all be factors.
