What part are you anticipating will be frustrating? The official reveal for Crimson Heist is coming soon and the gadget functions in a way that won't be frustrating. I've gotten to try it out myself and I'm anticipating that it'll be a lot more manageable than some are expecting.

I'm assuming you're referring to the Esports packs? It can take up to 24-48 hours for them to appear in your account. There are a lot of players receiving their packs, so the system will catch up and get your packs to you.

What are some ways you think map rotation can be improved upon? The call to remove something may not be the answer when tweaking is also an option.

This is working as intended. The laser gate is technically still up at this point while the lasers are being disrupted.

It was. There were a few aspects of it that weren't 100% accurate to Y1 Siege, so the team made notes on what those things are just in case the mode is reintroduced later on down the road.
