Not fully. I've yet to see anyone who can control it all the way through her 40-round mag.

You best bet is to fire it in about 8-12 round bursts. That's the way I've managed to control her recoil.

I personally wouldn't even list that as a downside, especially since him being a 2-2 allows him to tank just a tiny bit more bullets than a 3 speed. Also, most 3-speeds are meant to be deep roamers. Lesion is more of an anchor/shallow roamer.

I'm not sure having a weapon that has predictable hip fire would go over too well in the community.
