It's always best to avoid communicating because doing so can cause the situation to escalate. Toxic people only want to get a rise out of others so they can continue to do what they're doing.

If everyone in the lobby can follow suit by muting, reporting, and not engaging in a back and forth in text chat, then the toxic person won't have any fuel to keep antagonizing folks.

Cheating is incredibly frustrating for our community and something we take very seriously. If you haven't had a chance to check it out yet, we released a pretty in-depth blog post you can read here[www.ubisoft.com] which details the work that's gone into banning cheaters, how many have been banned, and a ton more.

Additionally, we'll be giving more updates on anti-cheat every 1.5 months, starting on Feb 10th.
