I think it depends on the bundle. It's rare that they're placed in Alpha Packs, but anything is possible!

All I can say is that they're reviewed by our team. I don't work specifically on that team, so I can't go into details on how the process works. However, in-game reports 100% do work. We've recently begun sending players a notification in-game when their reports have led to a ban, so hopefully you'll see one soon!

I believe the option to block players on your "Recent Players" list still exists via Ubisoft Connect. Personally, I've never used it to block someone, but, I would assume it would greatly decrease your chance of ever seeing that player in any of your games again.

Have you tried restarting your game to see if that works? Also, when did this problem first start for you?

Are you seeing an error code of some sort when you're brought back to the main menu?

Have you and your friends tried restarting Ubi Connect to see if that does the trick?

The Z ping, right? We've definitely been monitoring community feedback on this and have seen that players would like to see changes made to it. Are you referring to pre-firing an area you know an enemy is, or pre-firing known locations where enemies are most likely to sit?

You'll start the next season at or around the MMR you left off at in the previous season. That's to prevent a Diamond or someone who's accustomed to high elo lobbies playing against a Copper or those used to low elo lobbies.
