It has already been reported here.  

Windows XP has not been supported for some time now, and sooner or later this was to be expected. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do in this case.  

Well then I would ask you to send in a ticket to support. In that way they can take a closer look at your account and figure out what's going on. (https://support.innogames.com/kb/ForgeOfEmpires/en_DK)  

Unfortunately we have not been able to reproduce this. If you are still encountering it please let us know.

This is an intended behaviour. There is no difference whether it is an active or passive boost. However you can post an idea to improve it if you want.  

This is intended behaviour. The chests don't count for the quest conditions.

From the FAQ:

Do the chests incidents count towards Quests with Incident requirements?

Simply put, they do not. The reason for this is due to balancing. With a whole new host of incidents available, we believed counting them towards quests would make these quest conditions too easy. However, this is also something we are continuing to evaluate following the release of the feature. Any change will be communicated via the changelog.
