The following changes will be made to the game during this maintenance:

• The Freya’s Raid event will continue for 2 weeks!
•  The L2 Battle Pass Season 3 will continue for 3 weeks!
•  The Azure Treasure Chest promotion will end next week!
  • Azure Treasure Chests will be removed on 10/05.

Yes, that is because we currently do not have a Prime Gaming promotion running. The Elmoreden Cloak Box expired on Tuesday, September 6. We'll announce on our website, Facebook, and Twitter the moment a new Prime Gaming promotion begins. 

The NPC Roa has returned to their appropriate location on Chronos! Thanks to everyone who reported Roa's untimely departure!

Thanks for letting us know about the missing NPC Roa, on Chronos! We're going to look into what may have caused them to flee their post, and hopefully we talk them into making a timely return. We'll update you when we have more information on this issue!

I definitely like the idea of participating in-game with players in an official capacity, whether it's just for fun, or as a planned event.  I've done similar types of engagement with communities in the past, on other products where I worked as a Community Manager.

With that said, there are many challenges and complications with this type of interaction, and some serious consideration would need to be made in order to organize this form of engagement. Don't be discouraged though, it's something I may look further into down the road, once I have a better understanding of our internal systems, tools, resources, policies, and history pertaining to official in-game presence and activity.

The following changes will be made to the game during this maintenance:

• The Freya’s Raid event will start for 3 weeks!
• The Relic Pouch of Protection promotion will continue for 2 weeks!
  •  Special crafting will continue for 2 weeks.
• The Libra Merchant event will end!
  • All event-related items will be removed.
• Hero’s Treasure Chests, Packages and Tokens will be removed.
