  2. In My Library, select the game title.
  3. Select the More options () button and choose Manage.
  4. Select Files and then Verify and repair.

May you, please, share with us which platform you’re using and its specs, as well as on what servers were you playing when this happened?

Have you tried any workarounds such as walking away from the Sacrificial Stone to see if the body would appear? If so let us know which workarounds you have tried.
