It’s true that some traders have been removed from Mek-kamoses’s Spire.

You should still be able to find “Master Carver Huang” as well as two Khitan Exiled Traders side by side near the well known Mek-kamoses head!

Please, try these steps in order to verify if you are able to load your save data:

  • Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnect it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes, then try loading it into your SP session.

  • Try to perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.

  • If the above procedures don’t help, try to load the save data while offline or the exact previous save data you have.

Can you let us know if you have a wired connection?

Do you try to save immediately after you’re done playing, or do you give it some time before trying to save and log off?

Can you let us know if you’re trying to log out on a base or near a base and how much bigger is this base?

Please, follow these steps in order to verify if this issue is still happening:

  1. Open the Xbox app for Windows.
  2. In My Library, select the game title.
  3. Select the More options () button and choose Manage.
  4. Select Files and then Verify and repair.

It seems you’re currently playing on a private server, on which we don’t support, and you’re using multiple mods as well.

We’ll need to ask you to turn off the mods in order to verify if this is still happening and if you’re finding this behavior in official servers as well.

We will also suggest you to follow the steps to verify your game files:

  1. Open Steam
  2. In Library, click with the right button on the game and select “Properties”
  3. Select the Installed files
  4. Select Verify integrity of game files….
