Joel, I know you probably have to deal with a lot of online harassment, but I just want to let you know I've spent probably way too much time on this game alone. Why? Because I love it. I just purchased the "Making of Call of Duty Modern Warfare" art book and read your intro about how you wanted to make something a bit more.. realistic and not so spazzy to the point of where your eyes start twitching from too much movement... that is what I love about Modern Warfare.
The realistic outfits and operators are what make this game so enjoyable for me. Warzone and Multiplayer have been a blast, and while I know hackers are problematic for everyone, I appreciate all you and everyone at IW does for the community.
Thanks for making one of my favorite games of 2019 and 2020.

There are weapon inspections in Modern Warfare and Warzone. Added in Season 05.

Do you play on console? If so go to your controller settings and set the mount mechanic to double press the ADs trigger. I had a tendency to accidentally mount all the time with the default settings. With it mapped to a double press it solved the issue for my play style perfectly.
This is nice to hear as to why you're doing it but i think that most of the community would like to see the actual gun model change, like how the OG M4 had the carry handle or the codebreaker Famas got changed so that it looks like a Felin Famas.

Something we've been trying to get into blueprints like this one are clean parts so they are better for customization with Camos and Gunsmith Customs.

I was wrong. The fix for this didnt make it into the most recent update. Just followed up and it will be in by the end of September.
