It's mandatory to have a working 3D model (as it's written in the rules/guidelines).
If you are not getting it right, I would recommend maybe reaching out to the artists who do have a working 3D model and ask what's wrong. Once you have everything all good and working fine, feel free to reupload your skin!

Hey dude! If you show the receipt it should be pretty straight forward for support to solve it. You can find it in the purchase history of the store you are using. Just Google “how to get my purchase history play store/app store” and follow the steps. Should be really easy to solve :)

So far I’ve seen only players from Romania complaining about it, so it might be something local. I’ll check with our server guys and see if we can find something!
