Are you playing on Mobile or PC? SEA is not a supported shard on TFT Mobile. Are you connecting to a different shard from SEA?

We also just pushed out an update. If you go update it in the App Store (if it's available to you), you'll be able to resume crossplay with PC. Thanks again for being patient with us.

Hey everyone!

Quick update on the status -

A new build was just released for iOS. If you are able to update it in the store, crossplay with PC should be available for you! It may take longer for some players to get the update, but it has been pushed out!

Thanks again for being patient while we addressed the issue.

We've mitigated the issue for now and you should be able to login and play. However, we're still working on the fix to resume crossplay with PC for iOS players :) Thank you for being patient!
