Would you mind giving a little more context? When you say, “without teleporting to town” in describing how you resolved the issue, do you mean that when the bug originally occurred you had teleported to town from Etendell? Thank you.

Thank you all for the reports on this issue, the information has been vital for working out a solution.

The core of the issue seems to be tied to having a character whose quest state pre-patch was at the “Enter the Sanctum Bastille” objective or further in the “Ruined Temple” quest, yet did not have access to the new versions of the Temple of Eterra zones beyond the Lotus Halls via waypoint or otherwise.

We have created a failsafe such that being in the Lotus Halls with the “Enter the Sanctum Bastille” objective either active or completed will automatically open access to the next zone and register the new events in the Lotus Halls as completed. This failsafe is planned to be included in an upcoming hotfix.

We appreciate your patience as always and appreciate the finding and reporting of issues like this. Thank you.

Thank you for finding this bug. It seems to mainly be affecting people with characters who have completed the Last Refuge Main Quests before 0.7.10 and returned to the area to do the new “Finding Pannion” Main Quest. Currently working on a solution.

Howdy! It seems you’ve completed the Immortal Empire main quest which should lead immediately into the Admiral’s Dreadnought main quest but it seems that the quest start somehow didn’t trigger for that one (currently investigating why that might be).

To get back on the main quest path I recommend going to Imperial Era Lake Liath (west of Welryn) and either going through the event with the Outcast Seer since that is where the Admiral’s Dreadnought quest start occurs, or just progressing further west and into Thetima as that should have some failsafes to get you back on track.

Howdy! Tracked down the issue, it appears that the zone you are in “The Forgotten Cave” still has an old quest marker from when it was part of the sidezone chain associated with that quest before we shuffled things around a little. To complete the quest, branching off of “The Forsaken Trail” is a sidezone called “The Wasteland”, connected to it is “The Abandoned Tunnel” and that is connected to “The Lost Refuge” where the quest is completed.

Thank you for finding that misplaced marker, it’s getting removed on our end as we speak!

Good eye! Tweaked some stuff, now the phylacteries won’t spawn unless you’re at the stage of the quest where they are relevant, thus preventing killing them prematurely. Thank you for finding this stuff as always!

Thank you for finding this, will be fixed in next build. Shard now appears in front of wall, and talking to the shard will now destroy the wall if it is not already gone. Thus, if you leave postfight and preshard, when you come back you can talk to the shard to proceed. If you come back postshard, wall will be gone by default.

I also believe the shard’s previous location was preventing the Husk from spawning due to the two overlapping, this is likely why leaving and coming back may have been failing to respawn the boss. This issue is being investigated. Again, thank you!

Heads up on a remaining issue, if you have a town portal open near where the boss would spawn, the spawn will fail, I believe this is why leaving and coming back may have been failing to respawn the boss. This issue is being investigated. Again, thank you!
