Hi, most Australian tanks are in the British tree as premiums, although the US tree has the M1A1 AIM. You can hover each vehicle and it'll show an Australian flag, that's how you know it's Aussie.

If you play every nation a little bit, eventually you'll get high in all of them!

Hi, you can have a look at how much it gives in the end game battle screen as well as clicking on the message icon in the bottom right. In this window there's a row called Skill Bonus, and shows the amount and exactly how you got it.

It only multiplies your base RP. It's called "Skill Bonus" for a reason — you get a little bonus RP amount for your kills.

It's part of the event and you can't obtain it or test drive it yet. Ericka linked above, you need 6 stages to get it.

To see the event, click on your profile name > Achievements > Dreams Come True.
