3 to 4 minutes for a video is pretty nice. If you want to do something longer you may want to reach 10minutes as it is a new standard! Keep the good job!

We have a Sydney server now :). Before logging into the game (at the title screen ) look at the bottom left of your screen for the prompt to be able to change servers. You should be able to select it, if it doesn't automatically put you there.

Not quite yet. Been focused primarily on quality of life fixes atm. We will have updates on ranked soon though.
