To clarify, this was specifically to address those that could not start the game at all on xbox due to a bug. We are aware of the continued other issues experienced on both consoles, however that will be addressed separately at a later time.

For our Xbox players who could not load the game last weekend, we are terribly sorry for that inconvenience and have issued out 10 Breakout Crates and 10 Seasonal Crates to all those who were afflicted.
