I watch this at least once a year and had totally missed half of this <3
CONAN THE BARBARIAN is my go-to Christmas movie, and some new things really stood out to me at this year's viewing. I want to talk about THIS moment and THIS guy. This is the story of Red Hair. https://t.co/R6GqDZpkGl
@MysticMcCarthy a lot more varied stories and genres. It feels like the US comics is stuck in old formulas + the more niche stuff isnt getting much spotlight. It probably helps that anime is drawing people in also
@delrue_rodrigue I love mine but 3h would be a better spot. I find limiting framerate to like 30-40 helps a bunch tho
@Debbie_Ellaella you already managed to play HOI4 with a sailor moon theme? :O
@Lambert2191 Enjoy . I also always like to recommend "A man called Intrepid" when it comes to fun stories about ww2 spies on the allied side
@MatRopert @ceeebie @Meneth_ Labor wise sweden is only 5% costlier than france, but it seems france has some of the lowest taxes on wine so maybe this weighs in. Part of this may also simply be how much more rare it is here so there is less competition.
@Lambert2191 My favorite Roald Dahl fact is that he was a ww2 spy for the British and seem to have made heavy use of it to sleep around with the rich American socialites.
@Indyclone77 @DeadMenTalkPod Me and @the_Da9L had plans to do a 1 day stream where we followed Churchills eat/drink/sleep schedule. Sadly never happened
@TilFolkvang @Valergain it was awful. a lot of the season was spent on things that didnt move the main plot forward, and it really messed with Yen's character and motivations in ways I disliked.
@mrhjarg yeah altho its just game conceps and stuff you normally get in tooltips gathered up and searchable.
Who uses the built in Encyclopedias in our newer games (CK3/V3)? Anything you are missing or would like changed?
@fabsanke: These numbers will only grow, I promise you that.

@steveh11 @ProudBavaria hmm yes. I need to rerun this after the xmas break
@steveh11 @ProudBavaria I now wonder if I had filtered out ppl who played past the historical end date for ww2 now when I did those queries hmm. it was part of an investigation on early quitting so its not impossible. 1940 was also common and I think the conclusion on those was ppl who failed somehow.
@steveh11 @ProudBavaria The most common end date for hoi players is by 1942 actually. Depends if you consider that lategame.
@konbendith @GretaThunberg My rule is that if you can deliver a sick :iceburn: you always should
@Benjamin_Magnus that one was actually one of the first mobile game ads i have watched in years - because the wierd start grabbed me. So it worked :S
@APTSnack @TilFolkvang @SorenJohnson So choosing what is shown is critical for how the game is perceived and feels to play (please elon give me longer messages already)
@APTSnack @TilFolkvang About numbers tho, to quote @SorenJohnson "Given the opportunity, players will optimize the fun out of a game". The other aspect is that it risks breaking immersion if that number is something your character wouldnt care about.
@APTSnack @TilFolkvang Making certain numbers visible leads to the player playing towards those numbers for sure. Not sure I totally agree CK3 falls into this. Why ppl would say that I suspect is more a case of mastery feelings over a mysterious system being stronger and nostaliga
