Apologies for the repost, small title change!
This delay gives our team some time to add features like crossplay, so when we add new platforms, players will be able to stumble in harmony with their pals, regardless of their platform of choice.
Happy to see confirmation that crossplay will be there when Fall Guys is available on the new platforms!

Please help :( Its been 2 days and Im missing stuff in the shop. I have 210 hours, this is the only battle royale I play. I emailed support and they said the same thing and whenever I try to reply to the email it won't send but I sent in another request. I have the twitch prime rewards if that means anything and was playing fine like 3 days ago.
Update: The email replies are working now. I dont know why the first one failed.
I am so sorry this is happening to you :( my technical knowledge when the above doesn't work is super limited. Support have your ticket now (I've seen it) and I've stressed that I've also spoken to you in the meantime. I really hope it's sorted soon :(
Yeah, ill send something into support about it too. Im not sure if clips will help much since i dont have a controller input thing(i dont know what they call it lol) that a lot streamers use.
That's alright, just let them know that you can't send clips but that you've seen it mostly on that level (and any other places you have too). I am not very well versed on the technicalities on anything but, perhaps the "slippy slidy" nature of the ice is conflicting with the jumps or something?
I found this really noticeable myself yesterday when I was playing Thin Ice trials - whereas I haven't really noticed it before when I play. I'll let the team know but this would be something that people should contact support on so that they can gauge the depth of the issue and how many might be affected, and compare videos etc to help the team figure it out.

Thank you for your response and I appreciate the insight. It has just happened way too many times to me in the past 24 hours or so. If episodes are longer there should never be a team game beyond Round 4 or 5. That's just my opinion, but the way it has gone for the past day it has just not been fun.
I understand why that experience would be frustrating, and your feedback is valid and will be passed on still as we continue to try and test these weightings!
I’m sorry but getting eliminated in a Round 6 or 7 team game is absolutely ridiculous lol. It was already frustrating enough to go out on Round 4 right before the final, now this is just insane. Especially when there are already enough players for a final. It’s not worth going through a longer episode just to get eliminated in Power Trip. If this is the new norm then I’m not even going to play anymore.
There's never really a new normal for main show, we add levels to it each update and the weighting changes up often, so don't worry to much about that - it's why we have to keep adjusting it as well until it feels right.
