Yeah I’ve tried changing regions couple of time to see if the issue still persists and it did. It’s like miracle to me if I even get connected to any matches. Btw, that’s for letting me know the support page, I wasn’t acknowledged of that. Also, I play on laptop with LAN cable connected
If you still have issues after switching regions, I'd 100000% speak to support, as that sounds very incorrect. They'll ask for your full PC specs etc, and then investigate from there. If you choose Europe for example, you should find populated games in most hours of the day, so something very strange is happening by the looks of things.
