In regards to your inquiry, the game can currently be played in WASD feature and the point and click feature is not in our plans at the moment. Moreover, we would like to refer you to our Feedback and Feature request forums:

The way we handle such propositions is by players voting on a feedback site. The more a certain feature request / suggestion gets upvoted, the higher the chance it gets implemented in the future!
In case you don't see suggestions with a similar goal to the ones you have proposed, feel free to create a new one by clicking [Add Suggestion]!
