May we ask if you are accessing non-official servers? If so, please note that non-official servers might shut down unexpectedly. Official servers are hosted by us, thus they are a safer choice if you want to make sure you can always continue your game.
You can identify an Official server by the V Rising icon next to their name. If the server doesn't have the icon, thus it means that it is a non-official server with its own rules, which may shut down if the host doesn't want to keep it active.
All players hosting non-official servers can create different rules for their servers, and they themselves are responsible for their communities. Please contact the admins of the server you played in to ask about its status.
If you would like to only play in official servers managed by Stunlock Studios, please look for the servers with the V Rising logo when starting a new game.
