[2020] High ping problem for east coast?

Hello, any east coast (DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia) players, with Verizon fios, experiencing high ping around 100+ ms? I'm currently getting around 100+ms starting last week but before, I usually average around 15-20ms ping. Just wondering if I'm the only one experiencing this problem.
