[2022] 781-a skins voiceover does not speak when killing?

So... I got these skins yesterday and I tried them out. Pretty sick. Voicelines would kick in whilst inspecting or upon a kill.

However, today I tried it with a phantom multiple times and the voiceline upon killing ppl did not play...? ( but it played whilst inspecting)

Does anyone know why or did I turn it off by mistake??

I just tried it on deathmatch, sometimes it would trigger the voiceline and sometimes it wouldn't... Weird...

It doesn’t trigger on every single kill. It’s randomized!
