[2023] Tokyo Server

Hey guys!

I have moved to Japan recently and I thought Id play some val here.
I'm on my 10th match or so and I have yet to encounter a single Japanese player. Any player apart from Russian to be exact. What happened to the server? Why is it always a full Russian squad that does not speak even English? I thought this game is popular in Japan but I'm not lying when I say its always a full Russian squad even at the enemy team.

Not that there is anything wrong with Russian players but the language barrier takes away a lot from both teamwork and fun.

Does anyone know what's happening?
