[2020] Can we at least have a statement from Riot about the Verizon ping issues?

It’s been at least 3 days now and my ping has been 70+, sometimes 100. It used to be like 15-20 or at most 30, but now it’s 70-80 and at most 120. Can riot say something? They’re dead silent and it’s really pissing me and many others off
