The sheer amount of network problems that this game has is inexcusable for one that's been fully released for 3 months.

Maybe I wouldn't be so salty if I didn't just come out of a competitive game where our entire team was completely frozen and could not move due to network problems, and when they subsided all we hear was the announcer say spike planted and half of us were dead.

I play a lot of free to play games but no game I've ever played has had the same magnitude of network problems that this game has, especially one which flaunted its servers and prided itself on its top quality network.

It helps a lot if you mention your ISP, location and the region you’re playing on. It’s a big Internet and we work with providers as we spot issues. Reporting issues with meaningful data helps us.

North AL, US, Google Fiber: 1Gb/s, 34MS ping to Chicago, 45 to Atlanta, 27 to Dallas.

No packet loss but a lot of ping for being so close to Atlanta. My tracert shows me going to Austin TX before Atlanta, Chicago, or Dallas, which is confusing.

This is because Google Fiber do not have any infrastructure in Atlanta to connect to us with. Dallas is the closest point.

SFR, France, EU
1gb/S , 16 ms ping
Often getting the white network symbol issue and in some games i get the red one and it lags (teleported, disconnexions)

I'd recommend opening a player support ticket to see if they can find something specific in your setup or at least something you can talk to your ISP about. They will ask for log files so they get more detail. SFR performance at aggregate looks good and with that ping there's a good chance it could be something in your setup that isn't playing nice with Valorant or your Internet service is playing up in some way. Are you able to run an extended trace using something like WinMTR to 162.249.72.1?

Verizon, Northern NJ, USA 1gb/s and as the other comment said frequently get the white network icon symbol.

Can you send me a traceroute to 192.207.0.1? Verizon NJ is pretty good overall looking at our stats.
