[2021] Let Cifer players talk In the enemys Voice Chat!!

Most of you alrady know that One of the most powerfulest people in the game is cifer. He got a cool sombero, a webcam, and lazer beams to catch enemys. However , besides those abiltys, his ultra is prety bad. He looses the sombero for the rest of the round while one of the dead guys get to wear it. Also it only reveals where enemys are for only 0.1 second, so how Im suposed to know where they are after they ultra??

Riot needs to change cifars ultra ability and I have a good sugestion. Instaed of him loosing his sombero, he keeps it . When he ultra on the dead person , then you can TALK in the other teams voice chat for 30 seconds. In my opinon, this would be a way beter abilty then what he got now. They maight have to narf the cifar ulrtra if they added this though becuse people like me who got a relly good micraphone will dastroy the enemys ear drums after scrameing in there voice chat for the whhole round. To narf this thoagh, you have to sign a leter to riot(if you play cifar alot) that says you wont scream that much in the miacrophone . If you brake the rules, Then your not alowed to play cifar anymore!! This fits his chrarcter becase he is realy good at hackeing and using web cameras, so why not make him use the dead enemy’s microphone?? It makes sense so they shauld change it, especialy comeing from a cifar main like me(i ALmost got to iran 2 last season but there were to many hacker for cifar to deal with)
