KAYO is 2s on the current live patch as well.
Technically Yoru does have the longest flash in the game at 3s, but that's on his clone getting popped and not his Blindside.
Doesn't kayo have one of if not the lowest winrate in ranked? Is this more of an adjustment rather than a nerf
