[2023] KNOWN ISSUE: [CONSOLE ONLY] Unable to Apply Weapon Illusion to Soulstealer Staff

We are aware of an issue affecting our console players, whereby it is not currently possible to apply weapon illusions to the Soulstealer Staff.
