Thanks - I’ve checked your account, but can’t see any recent play history.
Are you playing in Offline mode?
If so, there is a current known issue on console for Offline players, whereby cosmetic items are appearing as missing and subsequently reappearing for some players. Unfortunately, I don’t have an immediate fix for this - but we’re working on it.
