Hello! Have you tried rebooting your router?

The crash upon exit is a known issue.

The bad news is, we usually see this error when a player has a bad router, but there is a couple of other solutions you can try:

• Port Forwarding. The required ports for Steam can be seen here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8571-GLVN-8711
• Contact your ISP and explain that you’re having problems with your connectivity to https://5107.playfabapi.com/ which is essentially the endpoint to our back end - and maybe they’ll be able to see what’s wrong.

I would certainly recommend reaching out to EE when you can, and perhaps request a new router.
