[2022] About the Technical Issues category

Technical issues, including (but not limited to!) crashes, errors, problems launching Darktide are to be posted here.

Please do not post FEEDBACK here, and instead use the appropriate categories.

Generalised bugs, and other issues that you wish to report, are to be posted in Bugs instead.

Before posting, please do a quick search to see if your issue has been reported previously.

Please be clear and concise in your report, and list any actions you may have already taken to remedy the issue.

Reporting a Crash

Please include a copy of the crash report produced where possible, or the console log associated with the session in which the crash occurred.

Your console logs can be located using the instructions below:

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs

Reporting an Error

Please either screenshot or write out the entirety of the error displayed - it’s particularly important that you include any numbers produced with the error.
