Hello! Did you run through the solutions linked in my previous response?:

The ‘untrusted’ error is produced as a result of your installation being corrupt/incomplete.

It’s unfortunate that none of our solutions worked for you. We are limited in what else we can recommend here. Would you like me to contact Steam and request that they issue you a refund?
