Sorry to hear this Aaron, could you try switching to DirectX 11 within the launcher’s ‘Settings’ menu, and see if that helps?

Hm I thought the original crash was DirectX, but this appears to be completely unrelated, so there’s no consistency it seems.

We are currently investigating a crash that occurs upon rapidly switching between one of the new weapons, could that explain it for you?

I can only hope that our upcoming patches will alleviate your crashes. But of course, I’m happy to contact Steam and request that they issue you a refund, should it continue to be unplayable.
