[2022] Loading Keybind Screen Autocrashes Game

This specific crash is in our database and being looked at, but hasn’t got a fix just yet. We’re on it!

This isn’t forgotten, but as you can imagine we are juggling many things and these all need prioritizing. This specific crash is being experienced by a very small number of the playerbase, but it doesn’t mean we are ignoring it.

The issue is currently assigned to a developer and due to be looked at very soon. I can’t give an ETA right now, but fixes are coming as swiftly as we can manage!

Still due to be looked at. I’ll make some noise internally about this and see if I can get this bumped up the priority ladder!

Update! This issue has been investigated and now has an internal fix.

It may not quite make it into our very next update now, but if not, it should come in the one to follow.

I’ve been told the fix was included in the 1.0.20 update. Has this one been resolved for everyone here?

Ah, not good news, but thank you for confirming. I’m going to check again with the team and make sure the fix did actually make it in, in case there’s been any miscommunication. I’ll chase this and do what I can!

It seems that the fix wasn’t effective I’ve had to reopen the issue for us to take another pass at it.

Apologies all that this is taking longer than we all want. Really hoping we can quash this one soon!

I actually haven’t received a 100% definite confirmation about this. All I’ve been told is that it should have been included.

What I’ve done is reopen the issue in our database and make some noise regardless, as either it needs to be revisited for a new fix, or the fix needs to be included for our next update.
