[2022] I can't buy a skin on sale

Hi @khapera,

We’re currently monitoring reports of this happening and collating information.

Can you please tell me the following -

• What is your Steam Profile URL?
  (e.g. https://steamcommunity.com/id/FatsharkLev/)

• Does this issue persist even with the Steam Overlay enabled?
  (Please see: https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/articles/360019653618--PC-Unable-to-Purchase-Cosmetics-DLC-From-Lohner-s-Emporium-of-Wonders-Acquire-Button-Not-Working-)

• Which specific item(s) on sale are you unable to purchase? and what is the sale price of the item(s)?

• Are you still able to purchase any items that are not on sale?
  (No need to fully purchase one, but just check that you can proceed past the in-game store step)

Lastly, can you also please provide us with your console log from a session that you’ve been unable to purchase on sale cosmetics.

To do so:

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
5. Upload the appropriate console log to us
