Shella, how many times do we need to go through this. All you need to do to get your refund is actually acknowledge it when hedge offers it to you. Every single time you are asked if you want the refund, you no longer respond. He’s not going to pull the trigger until you give him a definitive answer via the proper channels. Otherwise you’ll turn around and say that Fatshark banned you from their games or some other nonsense.

This isn’t the proper channel for this and if you’re serious about getting that refund, then reply to the admins when they offer it to you.

Hello Shella.

We’d not need a PayPal email or anything to do a refund. There was a time I would have refunded you out of my own pocket if not for the peace of mind, but that window of grace has long since expired, but my patience persists just about :slight_smile:

All we’d need you to do is pop us a DM (we’ve never, ever limited that - ever) and say “I want a refund, Hedge, because XYZ” and I’ll look to pop that directly in to Steam’s support queue. Takes them a while, but they’ll drop credit on your Steam account if they’re cool with it (they will absolutely call in to question your play time, but we can advocate), and revoke the game from your library. We’ll then proceed to purge you from our progression systems and boom. The job is done. We try to reserve this for very limited situations, which technically this falls outside of, but contrary to accusations we’re decent folks and this is clearly causing serious distress for you.
