[2020] [Emporium] Move 'Weapon Illusion' tab to class selection screen

We’re looking to have a ‘hide owned’ option and potentially additional filters, so you can show all of anything for a given career on a single scrollable list, for example. Likely won’t be in from the start but these are options we’re looking to expand on going forward.
