Will we see Full Patch Notes today as it has been the case in rare instances in the past. Or will they be released tomorrow with the update as in most cases?

Mostly interested in the yet unannounced changes. For example some bug fixes seem to be coming like the stagger overwrite.

We are aiming to put patch notes out to today, latest tomorrow.
