[2022] Just as a note, premium cosmetics cannot be refunded. Add it to the list why this horrid shop system is anti-consumer

I would love for players to have this option.

Which perhaps sounds odd coming from me, because I wrote the article. But I hope people can understand I don’t make these decisions.

I will always advocate this option internally.
