[2021] Unsanctioned Mods Fix

You used to be able to use some unsanctioned mods on official(like UI tweaks after an update) if you enabled the mod and chose the "auto disable mods on official realm" option. This no longer works for me. Did they remove this option or is it just me?

We now have the ability to block mods from loading up on our side. Whilst being able to side load them was a nice idea, in practice it really hampered us when it came to determining the stability of a release when mods were crashing all over the shop.
