KNOWN ISSUE: Backend Error - Service Provider Disruption

UPDATE

We are aware that many players are currenty experiencing persistent Backend Error occurrences.

Our Backend Service Provider first encountered some technical issues yesterday evening, and service has sadly remained unstable.

Please rest assured that we are on the case, and we have reached out to our Backend Service Provider to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

All related existing and new reports will be merged here.

Sorry about this @Dark_Overlord, this is very likely due to current technical issues with our Backend Service Provider.

Services should now have returned to usual.

We have also released Hotfix 5.3.3, which addresses several common crashes - so stability should be improved across the board now hopefully!
