Of course we do that. We really do not like players with nickname that starts on "p", people with brown hairs, players from cities that name starts on "e" and players who play on RGB keyboard.
All of them are put into one team (always BLUE) and we take over control on their vehicles to make silly things like driving around, shooting at road signs and MG all the fences.
Sometimes, when we are bored, we give one person from BLUE team to get 1-2 kills. It's funny to see (yes, we can see everything via super satellite live feed) how they are happy for few seconds. But then we reminds what we hate (nicknames on "p", brown hairs, cities on "e" and RGB lights) and we destroy their vehicles in flames.

Please stop making up conspiracy theories. You are not a center of the universe. Every day we have hundreds of thousands players on the server, you really think we care if you lose or win battle?
We wish you all the best on battlefield, but your failures are because of yours lack of skill/being out of focus/facing more skilled players. That's all. There is no secret code.
I know it's nice to blame all except yourself, but such road will lead you to nowhere.
Learn from your mistakes, you will become better and more skilled.
Blame others for your mistakes and you will stay where you are, frustrated and upset, because "everything is against you".
