[2023] Japan F16AJ should be removed! Unless more things are added for china and other countries

China recieved a new top fighter jet last patch with an F-16 for their tree. This update, it's the turn of the nation's that did not: UK, Germany and Japan.

Other new jets are planned for other nations, but currently, this was the only option available for Japan for several major updates until later more advanced aircraft can come.
