Hi, this is because they're penetrating your armor and knocking out your crew or hitting your ammo that is detonating.

Once all of your crew are knocked out (in AB) or less than 2 are knocked out (in RB), your tank will be destroyed. You can use the Protection Analysis to see what tanks and ammo can penetrate your tank and then learn to protect that area with good positioning or take less ammo in game for example. You can use this to also see where your own ammo will penetrate enemy tanks to take out their crew. Eliminating crew members or getting ammo detonations is key.

It's a little bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it you'll be good 👍
