Hi. Sorry to hear you're having issues. Please be sure to login to the same account that you used to purchase the pack. There's cases where players purchase something on Steam with no linked Gaijin account.

This DLC will only be granted to the Steam account that was used to make the purchase. If you have some issues, please contact our support (login on the website and use the "Submit a request" button at the top).
