In October 1942, 78 years ago, the Avro Lancaster B Mk III made its first flight. The Mk III saw the majority of its operations during the night. The Martin AM-1 Mauler made its first flight in August 1944. Introduced in 1948 due to delays, the AM-1 served on aircraft carriers and was used during the Berlin Blockade in 1949, until a peaceful resolution occurred. The first J6B was delivered in 1934, 88 years ago. The J6B Jaktfalken II was the third and last variant of the J6 fighter.
